New York, December 8, 2010 – OrderPad Software, Inc., developers of OrderPad, the leading field and
mobile sales management software optimized for Tablet PCs, today announced it has introduced the
Document Library Module to its popular software suite. This tool is designed to streamline process and
eliminate the need for paper in the sales process.
The Document Library Module allows for the creation of forms such as retailer applications, equipment
request forms, and stolen item reports, along with documents like promotion reports, phone lists, and
policy briefs. Documents can be created in Microsoft Word, Excel, or InfoPath formats, which reps can
complete while in the field. These completed forms can then be instantly sent back to the office for
processing. Since the module is capable of digitally capturing customer signatures, at no point from
document creation to document processing does a single sheet of paper need to be printed. These
completed forms will also remain as part of the customer’s record on OrderPad, and as such can be
pulled by a sales rep whenever that information is needed.
“The Document Library Module is a great step forward in both sales rep efficiency and office economics,”
said Adam Perlow, CEO of OrderPad Software Inc. “This tool streamlines the process of form completion
and reduces the need for paperwork to be completed by hand and later re-keyed into systems. It also
helps organizations with their initiatives to conserve natural resources by reducing the amount of paper
used.”
